Before voting returns
The new system needs a documented question, response scale, publication method and rules for repeat or invalid submissions. It also needs a clear distinction between a personal rating and the resulting aggregate. These decisions affect what future researchers can infer, so they belong in the design rather than being added after publication.

Research tools require a research foundation
A live country view, data export or embedding tool would need more than an attractive interface. It would need understandable sample information, versioned definitions and appropriate privacy protections. The research invitation explains how collaborators can help.
