Support a defined piece of work
The immediate priorities are preserving historical sources, maintaining reliable hosting, improving accessibility and preparing the next voting system. Research support could help turn broad ambitions into a documented pilot with a clear question and an appropriate method.
A sponsor can support a specific work package rather than an undefined promise. An archive package might fund source recovery and documentation. An infrastructure package might support hosting and maintenance. A research package would need a scope agreed with the researchers involved.
Financial support is not the only contribution
We also welcome practical contributions: archive material, translation expertise, accessibility testing, data documentation, security review and technical capacity. If your organisation can contribute one of these, explain what you can sustain and for how long.
There is no payment checkout or active donation campaign on this page. Please contact us first to discuss scope and arrangements. We will not ask you to send money using an unverified payment link.
The proposed independence principles
- Support should be disclosed wherever it is relevant to a published project or analysis.
- Sponsors should not choose the index score, remove inconvenient results or dictate conclusions.
- Historical audience claims should not be sold as current reach. Any audience reporting must name the period and metric.
- Personal newsletter addresses are not a sponsorship benefit.
- Public recognition, if agreed, should identify the contribution accurately and avoid implying academic endorsement.
These are the principles on which we would discuss an agreement, not a claim that sponsorship contracts or institutional partners already exist.
What to include in your message
Tell us who you are, which work you would like to support, whether the contribution is financial or in-kind, your proposed duration and any recognition you would like to discuss. We will need to agree milestones and reporting before making commitments.
