The surviving announcement proposed a follow-up covering the period after the first report. Its event outline connected the financial crisis, the US election, Christmas and the beginning of the new year. It is a useful record of the project’s intended next analysis.

Not available: a verified completed report
We cannot supply a final second-report participant total, a complete set of country results or the underlying vote export. The existence of the announcement does not prove that the final report appeared. Equally, failure to recover it does not prove that it never existed.
Later homepage captures can still be inspected in the recovered numerical collection, but those sparse displays are not a substitute for the missing report.
What would help close this gap?
Useful contributions include a dated copy of the completed report, the original chart file, a contemporary link to the published document or a source export with a clear provenance. Please describe what you hold before sending any material containing personal information.
